3. Brand Rating and Community Data

A core feature of CreatorGrove is the community brand reputation layer. When you submit a brand rating or complete a deal on the platform, your deal outcome data may contribute to aggregated, anonymized brand reputation scores visible to other CreatorGrove users.

We never share your individual deal terms, payment amounts, or personal information as part of this feature. All community intelligence data is aggregated and anonymized before being made available to other users.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who assist us in operating the platform, including GoHighLevel for CRM infrastructure, Stripe for payment processing, and hosting providers
• In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law or legal process
• If we believe your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of us or others
