CreatorGrove ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform and services. Please read this policy carefully. 1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information such as your name, email address, and password when you register
• Profile information such as your social media handles and business details
• Deal and pipeline data you enter into the platform including brand names, deal values, dates, and notes
• Payment information processed through our third-party payment processor Stripe
• Communications you send us including support requests and feedback

We also collect certain information automatically when you use the platform, including:

• Log data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the platform
• Device information including hardware model, operating system, and unique device identifiers
• Usage data about how you interact with the platform features and workflows

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the CreatorGrove platform and services
• Process transactions and send related information including purchase confirmations and invoices
• Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions and provide customer service
• Send you information about new features, products, and services we think you may find useful
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends to improve your experience
• Build aggregated and anonymized brand reputation data for the CreatorGrove community intelligence layer
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Brand Rating and Community Reputation Data

A core feature of CreatorGrove is the community brand reputation system. When you submit a brand rating or complete a deal on the platform, your responses and deal outcome data (collectively, "Rating Data") are collected and used as described in Section 6 of our Terms of Use.

How we use Rating Data

We use Rating Data to operate, improve, and commercialize the CreatorGrove platform, including by:

• (a) generating aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified reputation scores, benchmarks, and insights;
• (b) displaying Rating Data to other users in accordance with the visibility rules CreatorGrove establishes from time to time;
• (c) producing intelligence reports and other products derived from aggregate Rating Data;
• (d) licensing aggregate, anonymized, or de-identified Rating Data to third parties; and
• (e) conducting research, product development, and analytics.

What we do not share

We do not share your individual identifiable rating submissions publicly or with third parties without your consent. Aggregate, anonymized, or de-identified data derived from Rating Data is the property of CreatorGrove and may be retained, used, and licensed as described in our Terms of Use, including after termination of your account.

Disputes regarding ratings

Brands that wish to dispute a rating may follow the process described in Section 6A of our Terms of Use.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who assist us in operating the platform, including GoHighLevel for CRM infrastructure, Stripe for payment processing, and hosting providers
• In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law or legal process
• If we believe your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of us or others
• In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company
• With your consent or at your direction

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information, please contact us at support@creatorgrove.com.

Following account termination, we may retain certain information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Aggregate, anonymized, or de-identified data derived from your activity on the platform, including Rating Data, may be retained by CreatorGrove indefinitely as described in our Terms of Use. Such retained data does not identify you individually.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no internet or electronic storage system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction — you may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion — you may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions
• Portability — you may request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Opt out of marketing — you may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages or by contacting us directly

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, and analyze how the platform is used. The categories of cookies we use include:

• (a) Strictly necessary cookies, which are required for the platform to function (for example, keeping you signed in);
• (b) Functional cookies, which remember your preferences and settings;
• (c) Analytics cookies, which help us understand how users interact with the platform so we can improve it.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. If you disable cookies, some portions of the platform may not function properly.

9. Third Party Services

The platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. Children's Privacy

The platform is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

CreatorGrove does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. We may license aggregate, anonymized, or de-identified data that does not identify you individually, as described in our Terms of Use.

10B. International Users

CreatorGrove is operated from the United States and is intended for users located in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand and consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and to its processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

CreatorGrove makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside the United States. Users who access the Service from jurisdictions with privacy laws that differ from those of the United States, including the European Union and the United Kingdom, do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

10C. Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law. Notification may be made by email, by posting on the platform, or by other reasonable means.
